RBC Cup Participation Points

AZSGA RBC Cup Participation Points for 2026-2027 Season

As an incentive for members to play in as many AZSGA events as possible the AZSGA Board has once again approved Participation Points for RBC Cup scoring.

During the 2026-2027 season, AZSGA members will be able to earn "participation points” to be added to their RBC Cup Stableford points accumulated total by playing in a 7th, 8th or 9th AZSGA Event. Members who play in more than SIX (6) Events during the 2026-2027 season will earn “participation points” as follows:

  • Play in a 7th AZSGA Event = earn 10 PP points;
  • Play in an 8th AZSGA Event = earn an additional 10 PP points;
  • Play in a 9th AZSGA Event = earn an additional 10 PP points.

The number of PP’s earned by any member will be added to their RBC Cup Stableford points accumulated total accordingly:

A + B = C

A (RBC Cup Stableford points accumulated total from best 6 event scores) + B (Total PP’s earned from playing in any Events beyond 6) = C (member’s FINAL RBC Cup points total).

AZSGA RBC Cup Participation Cup Scenarios

  • Player A plays in only 6 AZSGA Events = ZERO PP’s earned
  • Player A plays in 7 AZSGA Events = 10 PP’s earned - to be added to their RBC Cup Stableford points accumulated total
  • Player A plays in 8 AZSGA Events = 20 PP’s earned - to be added to their RBC Cup Stableford points accumulated total
  • Player A plays in 9 AZSGA Events = 30 PP’s earned - to be added to their RBC Cup Stableford points accumulated total
